Women in Digital Business (WIDB) is a digital entrepreneurship training programme developed by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the International Training Centre of the ILO (ITCILO), in collaboration with Microsoft Philanthropies.

The programme is designed to equip women entrepreneurs with practical digital skills to start, manage and grow their businesses using technology.

Through practical and interactive training, participants learn how to use digital tools to improve their businesses, reach more customers and compete effectively in today's digital economy.
